Return and ExchangePolicy

All Sally Spicer products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If our products do not measure up to this standard, Sally Spicer will either repair or replace the defective products. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse as determined by Sally Spicer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund, provided the items are unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. No returns on sale items.If this policy is not followed, we will only accept returns at our discretion. Please note returns will only be accepted for items purchased at SallySpicerBags.com, items purchased at a retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to SallySpicerBags.com.

Returns for Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note we cannot refund any shipping charges.

Returns for Exchange

Your new item choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund or store credit.

How to Return Merchandise

Without exception, returns must be sent UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail, or Priority Mail. All returns must be insured for full value. Please note we can not accept COD deliveries. Our return address is:

How Long

Your order will be shipped from our San Francisco warehouse within 5 working days of receipt. Most customers can expect to receive their orders within 10 working days.

Sales Tax

All orders are tax free for residents outside the state of California. The sales tax for California residents is 8.5%.
